Carmen's Ice Schokolade™

Serves 2
Ingredients:
2 pkts. Gano Schokolade™
1 tsp. rum extract
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Whipped Cream

Directions:
Dissolve Gano Schokolade™ in 8 oz. hot water. Allow to cool.
Put in blender with ice cream and rum extract and blend for a few seconds until well mixed.
Fill an 8 oz. glass with ice and pour mixture in glass. Top with whipped cream. Drink with straw and enjoy.

Fast Delicious Morning Breakfast

In a blender combine 1 cup of cold milk or soy milk with 1 raw egg (or egg substitute), 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder, 1 sachet of your favorite Gano Beverage (Gano Café 3-in-1, Gano Classic [add your own favorite sweetener], Gano Mocha, or Gano Schokolade) and blend together for a great morning start!

Café Kalan’s Cappuccino Bon-Bons

Ingredients:
1 pkg. brownie mix (13x9 in)
2 eggs
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup oil
1 1/2 tbsp. Gano Classic™ coffee
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Blend all ingredients. Fill mini-muffin cups 1/2 full. Bake at 350° F for 12-15 minutes.

Gano SOD Iced Tea

Fill a large jar with water using a drinking glass. Count the number of glasses added. Use one tea bag for each glass of water added. Close the lid, and place in the sunlight. Brew in sunlight for 3-5 hours. (jar is hot!) Enjoy your healthy tea!
Advantages of Sun Tea: The lower brewing temperature is not as likely to destroy the delicate oils and flavors of your tea.

Zak’s Chocolate-Cherry-Banana Pick Me Up Shake

Serves 2
Ingredients:
3 small frozen bananas (peel before you freeze)
2 cups frozen dark sweet cherries
2 cups chocolate soy milk
1 pkg. Gano 3-in-1™ Coffee

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on puree or high speed until smooth, about 30 seconds. Pour into glasses and serve.

Gano Cafe Rosarita (Alcoholic)

1 fresh cup of Gano Cafe Coffee. 1 oz. of white Tequila. 1 oz. Cacao liqueur/syrup. Whipped cream.
In a daiquiri glass, pour the shot of tequila first, then pour the hot coffee. Leave enough room at the top for plenty of whipped cream. Spray a mound of canned whipped cream, then slowly drizzle Cacao liqueur on top.

Allyson’s Irresistible Mocha Cheesecake

Ingredients:
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 packets Gano Mocha™ coffee mix
2 eggs
1 graham cracker crust

Directions:
Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and mocha at medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, mix until blended.
Pour into crust.
Bake at 350° F for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cook and refrigerate 3 hours. (Place pan filled with 1 inch of water on bottom shelf while cooking to keep cheesecake moist.)

Carmen’s Marble Cake

Ingredients:
3 pkts. Gano Classic™ Coffee mix
1 pkt. Super moist yellow cake mix (18 oz.)
3 tbs. hot water

Directions:
Follow package directions on cake mix box and pour 3/4 of mixture in round cake pan.
Mix coffee with hot water and add to the rest of the mixture.
Pour on top of the yellow cake mix.
Bake according to cake mix package directions.
Enjoy your marble cake with your favorite coffee.

Healthy Ice Mocha Cappuccino

Without Blender: Fill a tall glass ½ full with vanilla Soy milk. Add 1 pouch of Gano Café Mocha or Gano 3 in 1 and mix vigorously for 1 minute with a wire whisk or similar utensil.

Add ice and top up with more vanilla Soy milk. Let chill for five minutes then drink and enjoy! If you have a blender handy, its even easier to make and you can make a large batch for guests. They’ll love it!

If you’d rather use real milk then just add a few drops vanilla extract. Great on hot summer days, ¼ the cost of some Coffee Bars and its much better for you!

Gano Puppy Chow - Gourmet Treat with Ganoderma Lucidum

Ingredients:
8 cups dry Crispex cereal 3-4 sachets of GanoC’Real with Spirulina 1 cup butter 1 cup peanut butter 1 cup chocolate or vanilla chips 1 sachet of 3 in 1 or Mocha.

Directions:
Place dry Crispex cereal into a large bowl.
Pour in GanoC’Real and stir well.
Melt butter, peanut butter, chocolate or vanilla chips and dissolve your choice of a 3 in 1 or Mocha sachet.
Drizzle melted ingredients over dry ingredients and mix well. Spoon everything into 3 cups of powdered sugar in a brown paper bag and toss until well coated. Spread into a cookie sheet to set up before storing and watch it disappear!!! Optional - coconut, pecans or peanuts. Holiday version - colorful candies (yes, the kind that don’t melt in your hand).

Iced Gano Cafe Classic Coffee

2 packets of Gano Cafe Classic. Mix both packets in half a coffee cup of hot water. Fill a standard drinking glass half full with ice. Pour mixture from cup into glass. Top off glass with cold water and stir. Add milk or sugar to taste.

Gano Coffee Milkshake, Coffee Malt

2 packets of your favorite Gano Coffee. 2 scoops coffee flavored ice cream. 1 cup milk. 2 tablespoons of malt mix. (optional)
Whipped cream. (optional garnish) Add all ingredients to blender. Blend and serve.
